Who would have imagined that we would all be living through such uncertain frightening times? But to coin a phrase, “it is what it is,” and we have all had to call upon our strengths and innermost resources, to cope with, and to adapt to, the unprecedented challenges that COVID has unceremoniously presented us with.
Of course, in 2020, my school author visits came to an abrupt stop. And so I re-invented myself and ran free online creative writing workshops for children during the lockdown of 2020. Dressed crazy, we all had heaps of fun!
